POD Finder

Proof of delivery lookup

Source folders

Point the tool at each network folder holding the PODs — the GLS folders alongside the others; any number is fine. Access is remembered between sessions, so you only need to reconnect after a browser restart. Nothing is uploaded — everything stays on this machine.

Week folders are named YYYYWW202519 is 2025. Any folder starting with a year outside this list is skipped whole, never opened. Leave empty to index everything.

Document text

Filenames carry one to three references; the document itself carries more — a GLS Track ID appears nowhere in the filename. Reading each POD once makes every reference inside it searchable. Do this after every scan: until it finishes, a reference that lives only inside a document will come back as not found.

The rate and time remaining appear once it starts — that is the real answer for your share, not an estimate. Raise files at once if the rate is low and the network looks idle; lower it if the share starts to struggle. Stopping keeps everything already read.

Scan your folders first.

Registered references

Every confirmed match is kept here, so a reference looked up once never needs searching again. Stored in this browser on this machine.
